CM 2007 is an emulsion sytem made up of advanced oligomeric alkoxysiloxane, which is very effective in fine pored highly alkaline masonry surfaces.

CM 3007 is an emulsion system made up of higher alkylate siloxane, recommended for use on largely porous substrates for deep penetration.

CoatMasters product is very proud to introduce CM 9007, the very first admixture for concrete made of advanced oligomeric siloxanes that combines all properties for a desired workable property, and excellent performance characteristics of water repellancy, original color retention, and protection against effloresence.

Our unique CM 9007 formulation can improve mix design properties by lalso lowering the water and cement mix ratio while maintaining excellent workability. For more information about this product, please contact our technical representatives.

Our new CoatMasters Gloss and Matte Sealers are designed to protect concrete from traditional stains, and impart a higher gloss or matte sheen effect. The film properties provides hard film build-up, UV resistace, and additional anti-graffiti protection. The film quickly dries, and already "dry-to-touch" in less than 5-minutes, which is immediately recoatable for additional film build-up if needed. Multiple coatings applied exhibits "dry-hard" condition in 30 minutes, which translates to "thorough dry" conditions in about 1-2 hours.

CoatMasters sealers easily meets ASTM C-309 for "Liquid Membrane-Forming Compounds for Curing Concrete"

Type 1 - Clear, "CoatMasters Gloss Sealer
Type 2 - White Pigmented "CoatMasters Matte Sealer

Meets SCAQMD (Maximum: 100 grams/liter) limit for Volatile Organic Components for sealers

This photograph shows the effect of CoatMasters concrete sealers on a concrete masonry brick (large porous) between a coated and uncoated surfaces. The upper brick on its right side area was coated  whereas the left area was uncoated, and then immersed in water for a period of 7-days per ASTM C-76 for effloresence testing. Looking at the upper brick, on the left edge shows signs of effloresence beginning to occur, while the coated side remains clear and closely matches the original appearance and color of a new brick, shown in the photograph (lower brick). Additinal benefits as a result also includes excellent color retention and uniformity, providies resistance to bacteria growth, mildew, and fungus formation on damp areas. In addition the appearance of the brick still remained thesame after months of water immersion.

Both of our emulsion and solvent based formulation  provides similar protection in mantaining the appearance, and its excellent repellancy to water and stains regardless of its color type.

The photograph below shows the same protection on pigmented or colored brick surfaces, while maintaining its original color.
