This photograph shows the effect of CoatMasters concrete sealers on a concrete masonry brick (large porous) between a coated and uncoated surfaces. The upper brick on its right side area was coated whereas the left area was uncoated, and then immersed in water for a period of 7-days per ASTM C-76 for effloresence testing. Looking at the upper brick, on the left edge shows signs of effloresence beginning to occur, while the coated side remains clear and closely matches the original appearance and color of a new brick, shown in the photograph (lower brick). Additinal benefits as a result also includes excellent color retention and uniformity, providies resistance to bacteria growth, mildew, and fungus formation on damp areas. In addition the appearance of the brick still remained thesame after months of water immersion.
Both of our emulsion and solvent based formulation provides similar protection in mantaining the appearance, and its excellent repellancy to water and stains regardless of its color type.

The photograph below shows the same protection on pigmented or colored brick surfaces, while maintaining its original color.
