CM IMPREGNATING/PENETRATING SEALERS

CoatMasters as hidden defenders in protecting construction materials.

CoatMasters products are composed of environmentally friendly silicon modified emulsions designed for long term protection of construction materials against the destructive impacts of humidity, water penetration and chloride ions. This new waterborne emulsion formulation can now perform extremely well as traditional solvent borne coatings. Our impregnating sealers has long term resistance to water penetration, and resists color change which is very ideal in heavy water exposure conditions requiring excellent waterproofing of the surface structure.

CM GLOSS & CM MATTE FILM FORMING/TOPICAL SEALERS

Durable performance of CoatMasters film forming sealers for coatings on any cementitious type surfaces. 

Our new CoatMasters Gloss and Matte Sealers are designed to protect concrete from traditional stains. The film properties provide hard film build-up, hydrolytic (water resistance), UV resistance, and additional anti-graffiti protection. The film quickly dries, and already "dry-to-touch" in less than 5-minutes, which is immediately recoatable for additional film build-up, if needed. Multiple coatings applied exhibits "dry-hard" condition in 1-2 hours, which translates to "thorough dry" conditions in about 24 hours. Our CoatMasters "Gloss" imparts a wet look finish, and the CoatMasters "Matte" provides a low sheen effect which contains a hydrophobic matting agent.

CM ELASTOMERIC COATING

Weatherability performance of CoatMasters Elastomeric Coatings can be applied on any cementitious type surfaces. 

Our Elastomeric Coatings are specifically designed to withstand water permeability and provides elongational elasticity caused by structural movements and elemental conditions. The film quickly dries in 24-hours and already "dry-to-touch" in less than 30-minutes, which is immediately recoatable for additional film build-up, if needed. Multiple coatings applied exhibits "dry-hard" condition in 24-48 hours, which translates to "thorough dry" conditions in about 72 hours. Our Elastomeric Coatings comes in different type of finishes, such as gloss, semi-gloss, satin, and flat. All finishes are tintable and can be color matched into any type of color standards.

This green product contains a minimum of 50% post consumer material that is adjusted and reformulated to achieve the desired performance characteristics. It qualifies for various LEED points for recycled contents and low emitting material based on standard classification under the SCAQMD (Maximum: 250 grams/liter) limit for Volatile Organic Components.

CM DAMPPROOF & WATERPROOF COATING

Moisture and water resistance of CoatMasters Dampproof & Waterproof Coatings can easily withstand 7-days of complete water submerssion. 

Our Dampproof & Waterproof Coatings are formulated to provide excellent surface water protection, abrasive resistant, and can be applied on multiple coats exhibiting consistent performance characteristics. The film quickly dries in 24-hours and already "dry-to-touch" in less than 60-minutes, which is immediately recoatable for additional film build-up, if needed. Multiple coatings applied exhibits "dry-hard" condition in 24-48 hours, which translates to "thorough dry" conditions in about 72 hours. Our Dampproof & Waterproof Coating only comes in flat and gray-black color variation, and can be color tinted to match various shades of dark gray colors.
